Our homes are built with components constructed in a controlled factory environment to the same building codes as the old traditional site-built housing. When the units are delivered to the job site they will be approximately 80% complete. All that needs to be done is site preparation; complete the septic, electrical and water connections, exterior treatments, and interior finishings. Superior quality control, reduced waste and faster completion time, 30-60 days verses six to nine months for the old site-built way.
